The building is nine kilometres from Tribhuvan International Airport and about ten minutes from the city centre outside rush hour, with Swayambhunath under three kilometres away and the Shivapuri Nagarjun forest trails starting a short walk from the gate. What is the difference between a serviced apartment and a hotel in Kathmandu?
A hotel gives you a room and a restaurant. A serviced apartment gives you a kitchen, a living area and your own front door, with the housekeeping, bills and security still handled for you. In Kathmandu that difference matters more than it does in most cities: load-shedding, water supply and long stays are all easier to manage when you can cook for yourself and are not tied to restaurant hours. Are your apartments furnished?
Yes, completely. Each apartment comes with beds and premium bedding, a wardrobe, a sofa and dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and full kitchenware. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom. You need to bring nothing but your bag.

Where in Kathmandu are the apartments?

It is residential rather than touristic, which is the point: you sleep in quiet air and reach Thamel in a fifteen-minute taxi when you want the noise.
